Marc Paulhus
Executive Vice President, Head of Asset Finance

Marc Paulhus, Executive Vice President, Head of Asset Finance, manages the sales, marketing, credit and operations of RBS Asset Finance. Marc brings more than 20 years of specialized equipment finance industry knowledge to this position, including significant experience in sales, syndication, credit and management positions. Marc received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Providence College in Rhode Island and his MBA Finance from the University of Rhode Island.

Executive Vice President

John Godier, Executive Vice President, leads RBS Asset Finance US asset finance group in New York, with a particular focus on originating and executing municipal, cross-border and other structured transactions. John has worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (including its subsidiaries) for more than 20 years and has 12 years of experience in transportation and cross-border asset financings. He has acted as the senior negotiator for over $5bn of asset finance transactions. John holds professional qualifications from the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers and the UK Chartered Institute of Bankers.

John Colgan
Senior Vice President, In Platform

John Colgan acts as Senior Vice President, In Platform Business Manager for Asset Finance.  In this key role, John is responsible for the group's market presence within the bank footprint, across all target markets.  He brings nearly 25 years of leasing industry experience to the Asset Finance.  His responsibilities have included management, originations, and financial analysis in both bank and non-bank markets. John also holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Providence College.
